Do I have to pay extra for telephone, Internet (ADSL), Electricity, and Water? |
Electricity and water fees are included in the living expenses charge of $25 per week. Telephone and Internet access and usage incurs extra fees. |

What do I need to bring when I move into the room? |
You need to bring your personal things as well as linen including: a mattress protector cover, sheets, pillow, pillowcases and a blanket. |

Do you provide meals?? |
| We do not provide meals, however there are facilities to cook meals, as well as a community kitchen for everyone to use. Cafes, restaurants and shops are nearby if you want to dine out. |

Do I have to pay bond before I move in and if yes, how much do I pay? |
Residents are required to pay 4 weeks bond and 2 weeks rent before or on the day they move in. In addition, a key deposit of $50 is payable on or before the day of moving in. |

Will I be close to shops and transport? |
| Hamilton House and Kelvin Grove House are situated near all amenities including transport. |

How do I reserve a room if I am from overseas? |
Rooms can be reserved by anyone wanting to stay in either Hamilton House or Kelvin Grove House via the method below:
4 weeks bond can be deposited/transferred into the company account. Once this money is received, a room will be reserved for you.
When transferring money into the company account, kindly EMAIL your Name and contact details as well as the amount you have transferred into the account. We will send you an email to confirm your reservation. |
