Kelvin Grove House is a newly furnished accommodation complex especially designed for tertiary students. It is 3km from CBD and very close to QUT , Kelvin Grove Campus and UQ Medical School.

It has an onsite management entrance lock up and cleaned on regular basis, thus making it a secure, clean and well maintained living option. Situated close to Brisbane City, Queensland University of Technology (QUT) Gardens Point & Kelvin Grove Campuses, public transportation, (2 minutes walk to bus stop) and supermarkets makes Kelvin Grove House an ideal study and living environment.

Room available includes one bedroom, one bedroom Ensuite and two bedroom units. Male and female units are located on separate floors.

Kelvin Grove is a 3-storey concrete building. Each rooming unit contains solid brick dividing wall to minimize sound transparency and to provide adequate privacy for our guests. And average single rooming unit is about 15 sq meters.

Kelvin Grove House also offers air conditioning private telephone line, high speed internet broadband (ADSL) for each individual room. Each unit and all public areas are installed with smoke detectors to guarantee the best fire safety.
