Terms & Condition
**The living expenses consist of $30/Week for water, electricity and maintenance and cleaning fees for community areas. Rooms come fully furnished. Applicable to all existing tenants.
Bond (4 weeks rent) must be paid upon the commencement of the rental contract. (Bonds will only be refundable)
Key deposit of $50 must be paid upon the commencement of the rental contract.
A room cleaning fee of $100 must be paid at the conclusion of the contract.
Air conditioning and heater are optional services and msut be paid separately.
*Only a limited number of academic term contracts are available based on a 46 week contract.
**All tenants (incl. Double Room Tenants) must pay a living expenses charge a total of $30/Week.
